Since 1983...

Twenty-five years ago when the Pittsburgh Technology Council’s doors opened, its founders were hard-pressed to find 80 technology companies in the region.

Much has changed. Twenty-five years and 1,400-plus member companies later, the PTC is the largest regional technology trade association in the nation. The PTC represents practically every segment of the technology industry from software to healthcare to clean-tech to advanced manufacturing.

The region’s most dynamic, fastest-growing companies have membership with the PTC. To celebrate 25 years of helping our region’s technology companies succeed, the PTC wanted to capture the diversity and energy of our industry. And, what better way to do that than to highlight some of our own member companies doing what they do best. The PTC is proud to present its first foray into motion media with this video “Pittsburgh is Technology.”
