Meet with local employers face-to-face at one of the career fairs listed below.

8th Annual West Virginia University Engineering and Computer Science Career Fair

October 1-3, 2008
8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Get your resume ready!! The companies attending the Career Fair will be looking for qualified and highly motivated students to fill opportunities with their companies and agencies for internships, co-ops and permanent positions. A week or two before the Career Fair, you will begin to receive e-mails with more detailed information and maps of the layout for the Fair. Also log on to your MountaineerTRAK account to keep an eye on the list of employers attending and their individual employment needs.

Fall 2008 WestPACS Student Job & Internship Fair

10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Due to the pending sale of the Pittsburgh ExpoMart, the Fall 2008 WestPACS Job & Internship Fair will be held at the Pittsburgh Indoor Sports Arena in Cheswick, PA. PISA is conveniently located off of Exit 48 of the PA turnpike, and the Harmar Exit of Route 28.

The Western Pennsylvania Career Services Association (WestPACS) Job Fair offers employers with entry-level, internship and co-op positions an opportunity to meet in one central location with alumni, graduating students and underclassmen from 44 colleges in Western Pennsylvania. Candidates must be current students or graduates of a college or university granting associates, bachelors and/or graduate degrees. Employers will be able to speak with candidates, distribute recruitment literature, and conduct brief interviews. Employer registration will open for this event no later than August 1, 2008.
