CIO of the Year Awards

Kudos For Techies.

It takes great leaders to keep southwestern Pennsylvania's technology sector on the cutting-edge. The Council, along with the Greater Pittsburgh CIO Group, honors top technology executives who work in industry, non-profit, academia and government, and who use their innovation and creativity to improve our region.

2012 CIO of the Year Awards

Co-hosted by the Greater Pittsburgh CIO Group and the Pittsburgh Technology Council, the CIO of the Year program honors individual technology executives from industry, non-profit, academia and government. Nominees, including chief information officers or those in equivalent positions, are recognized for their innovation and creativity in planning and deploying their enterprise systems, future technology goals, management philosophy and service to the industry and community.

This year’s awards will feature a special CIO auction. Attendees can bid on some of the region’s top CIOs for a consulting or lunch appointment! 100 percent of auction proceeds will go to benefit Wounded Warrior Project and Darkhorse Benefits.*

*The Wounded Warrior Project and Darkhorse Benefits names are used by permission.
