Got An Idea?

We welcome solicitations for programming. Though the Council recognizes that most companies and vendors would be interested in presenting to our membership thus gaining marketing exposure for their company or product, there is a clear distinction between a trade show-style sales pitch and a presentation intended to educate our membership. Vendors are therefore forewarned that their presentations must be delivered by technically competent personnel who are capable of addressing questions posed by the audience.  

Presentations must meet at least one of the following criteria to qualify:
  • Focus on a technical issue or topic of interest to the technology community.
  • Talk about lessons learned from a project involving technology
  • Educate or provide training to the members on technology related topics
  • Focus on business models or practices enabled by technology


Presentations must not be a blatant sales pitch for your company or product.

With this in mind, the Council has established a screening process in order to provide speaking opportunities at our meetings. To be considered for a speaking engagement, please submit your proposal with the following information:
