Challenge
In a rapidly growing industry, attracting and retaining top talent becomes an imperative part of business operations. TestAmerica has been on such a 10-year growth trajectory, expanding to 3,200 employees working in 40 laboratories across the country and experiencing meaningful organic growth in its Pittsburgh base of operations. The need for young, bright, energetic technical professionals represented both a challenge and an opportunity.

Results
Today, TestAmerica has grown its Pittsburgh-based staff from 27 to 80 employees. It relies on the Council’s online Career Center as a primary tool to reach precisely the type of young professionals it needs to attract and retain, so that the company can continue on its path of growth and superior client service in environmental testing. When traditional means of advertising job postings no longer carried any value, the Council’s online Career Center proved to meet this need very well.
