We strive to build the entrepreneurial spirit in southwestern Pennsylvania. Our Entrepreneur Resource Center helps early stage technology companies find their way. Whether the EnterPrize Business plan competition reviews and awards financial incentives for your innovative, growth-oriented business idea; or the Southwestern Pennsylvania Angel Network (SPAN) educates your angel investor and provides a deal-sharing opportunity; or our CEO mentor program delivers guidance and coaching from experienced member CEOs – the Council works hard to champion entrepreneurship in our region.
