Tech Council creates visibility, referrals and customers

Challenge
When the company integrated its sales and services with those of Combest, Inc., an independent sister company and certified dealer of Avaya and Cisco solutions previously doing business locally, NACR had an opportunity to grow its name and reputation in the region. Because Pittsburgh can be such a close-knit community, NACR was looking for ways to meet new clients and partners while establishing a larger presence in the area technology community as the local Avaya solution specialist.
Solution
Taking up Combest’s membership in the Pittsburgh Technology Council, NACR now had the opportunity to attend meetings and raise its profile by participating in council networking, charity events, breakfast briefings, and fund-raising sponsorships. Active participation in the Tech Council has given NACR a forum in which to highlight its national reputation for quality and its customer-centric approach to communications solutions, building greater recognition locally.
