Explore the Floor @ United States Steel Corporation's Mon Valley Works
Tuesday, November 16, 2010
8:15 AM - 12:00 PM
Location: US Steel Corporation, Research and Technology Center, 800 East Waterfront Drive, 15120
Headquartered in Pittsburgh, United States Steel Corporation is one of the world's largest steel producers with operations in the United States, Canada and Central Europe and an annual raw steelmaking capability of 31.7 million net tons. US Steel's sheet and tubular products are used in the automotive, appliance, industrial machinery and oil and gas industries to name a few. On November 16, US Steel has graciously opened their doors to the members of the AMN to tour their impressive Tech Center and historic Mon Valley Works. This is an opportunity of a lifetime for Pittsburgh residents and for regional manufacturers. You do not want to miss this chance so reserve your spot as soon as possible.
Due to the limit on attendance, only two individuals per company are permitted.
NOTE:
In compliance with US Steel Requirements, attendees must present valid photo identification as well as provide their Social Security Number to gain entry to the plant. Lack of either will result in denial of facility access.
