BioBlast 2009

CardiacAssist, Inc. is a Pittsburgh-based medical device company that develops, manufactures and markets cardiac assist devices. The company, formed in 1996, has developed a unique and proprietary technology platform to provide a short-term circulatory support system for cardiologists and cardiac surgeons.

Join us and take a tour of CardiacAssist's facility, meet their staff and fellow members of the region's life sciences community at BioBlast. Several stations will be set up so attendees can take a self-guided tour and learn about their products and processes. Michael Garippa, CardiacAssist's President & CEO will give overall remarks about the company. Cocktail reception included.

Event Registration Policy
All attendees must have a paid registration to enter. Walk-ins, when accepted, will be processed on-site with an additional $20 surcharge. Cancellations must be received two business days prior to an event to qualify for a refund. Substitutions welcome. No shows will be billed. Please attempt to register at least 24 hours prior to the event so that there is an accurate count for food orders and venue.
