Join us as Alcoa CIO Nancy Wolk details the key roles information technology plays in supporting this industrial giant’s internal business processes and how it drives strategic growth plans.

As the CIO of Alcoa, Wolk is responsible for the company’s information strategy, implementation and service delivery to support Alcoa’s business groups, business units and 61,000 employees. She is also accountable for the strategy and execution of Alcoa’s major global information / business process initiatives – Enterprise Business Solution (EBS), Global Data Centers, India-sourced Development/Support/Test Centers and Alcoa’s e-Enablement & Business Intelligence projects.

Wolk will also share her perspectives on some of the key information technology trends that are occurring in this fast-paced sector.

Alcoa is the world’s leading producer of primary and fabricated aluminum, as well as the world’s largest miner of bauxite and refiner of alumina. In addition to inventing the modern-day aluminum industry, Alcoa innovation has been behind major milestones in the aerospace, automotive, packaging, building and construction, commercial transportation, consumer electronics and industrial markets over the past 120 years.

Event Registration Policy
Attendees must pre-pay for all Council Programs. Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received. Walk-ins, when accepted, will be processed on-site with an additional $20 surcharge. Unless otherwise noted, cancellations must be received two business days prior to an event to qualify for a refund. Substitutions welcome. Please attempt to register at least 24 hours prior to the event so that there is an accurate count for food orders and venue.
