LANXESS Corporation, with U.S. headquarters in Pittsburgh, was awarded a Stevie Award for Best Annual Report at the 7th annual American Business Awards ceremony on June 22 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City.

The LANXESS Annual Report, created in cooperation with a German-based agency, is used to effectively communicate the yearly achievements of the international specialty chemical company to its shareholders in a comprehensive and transparent way. The report’s structure permitted LANXESS to fully articulate vital messages to its diverse stakeholders across the globe.

In addition to the Stevie Award for Best Annual Report, LANXESS was also named a finalist out of more than 2,600 total entries in the following categories: Communications Department of the Year; Chemical Advertising Campaign; Best House Organ (Publication) – Series; Executive of the Year; and Communications, Investor Relations, or PR Executive of the Year.
