Tricia Warrick, Managing Director of Schneider Downs Corporate Finance, LP, an investment banking and strategic advisory firm in Pittsburgh, PA, has been named President of the Association of Corporate Growth’s Pittsburgh Chapter (ACG Pittsburgh).

Effective June 1, 2009, Warrick will serve as President for a one-year term, having previously served on the organization’s board of directors for 10 years. Warrick and the ACG board will focus on continuing to build the Pittsburgh Chapter as a vital regional resource for educational and networking opportunities for the corporate, banking and M&A community, serving more than 200 local members.

Warrick has more than 30 years of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory and executive management experience. In her career with Schneider Downs and in previous capacities, Warrick has completed middle market M&A transactions with aggregate value of more than $350 million, and advised many companies on strategic issues.
