Opus Makes Strategic Equity Investment in OThot

Today’s investment in OThot creates an opportunity and foundation to accelerate Opus’ future use of predictive analytics on its Hiperos (Third Party Management) and Alacra (Know Your Customer) platforms.

"Today, our customers are able to manage hundreds of thousands of third party relationships. The Hiperos Third Party Network is growing exponentially as existing and new customers seek better and more efficient ways to collaborate with their third parties. In the future, we hope to enable customers to predict third party performance and anticipate compliance issues before they happen.” said Doug Bergeron, CEO and founder of Opus.

Mr. Abbatico is transitioning to OThot but will remain a Special Advisor at Opus reporting to Hiperos CEO, Greg Dickinson.
