“We are very energized by our company’s recent growth and that it enables us to positively impact the economy in Mercer County where we are proudly based,” says Bryce Veon, president and CEO, Autosoft. “Our success depends on providing customers with the best software solutions which, in turn, depends on our ability to recruit the best software engineers and tech grads from around the region and across the country. The renovations to the second building on our campus, from the creative, hip design to the onsite perks help us attract and retain top talent."

Autosoft is hosting a media conference on December 17, in collaboration with the Penn-Northwest Development Corporation and Shenango Valley Chamber of Commerce, to show off the newly renovated technology center in West Middlesex. Local press, business leaders, and university and technology organization professionals are encouraged to attend.

In November, 26 employees moved into the new space, which has capacity to house an additional 30 to 40 software professionals. “We created more than 60 jobs over the past 18 months and continue to grow. Autosoft is being recognized as a cool, creative, collaborative company, with the feel of a Silicon Valley workplace nestled in the corridor between Pittsburgh and Cleveland,” Veon continues.

The technology center's new, open floor plan is organized into themed spaces where teams can easily collaborate on projects. Graffiti and art cover the walls, and a sports room provides break time activities, including foosball and basketball. The new kitchen has all the modern conveniences, such as fresh-brewed, locally roasted coffee, energy drinks, beer for later in the day, fresh fruit and plenty of snacks. Add to that the year-round activities like cornhole leagues and office challenges for sports and culinary enthusiasts, and it’s clear that Autosoft is a fun, comfortable and rewarding place to work.

“We’re proud to be a company that offers a great environment and the opportunity to do amazing things,” states Veon. Autosoft was recognized in 2014 as one of the best places to work in Western Pennsylvania and the best places to work in Pennsylvania.
