Valerie S. Faeth | Shareholder at Dentons

Valerie is a Shareholder in the Firm’s Employment and Labor Group. She focuses her practice on employment litigation and providing advice to clients on all aspects of employment law.  Additionally, Valerie provides labor and employment advice to the Denton’s M &A Group with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Throughout her career, Valerie has defended a diverse range of clients in employment cases involving claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disability Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Equal Pay Act, the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Act and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act.

 

Jeff Barbieri | Director, ESG, AON

Jeff is a Director on Aon’s Board & Executive Advisory Team. He is responsible for advising companies on identifying, understand, analyzing, and addressing ESG risks and opportunities within their businesses.

Prior to joining Aon in October 2022, Jeff spent 11 years as a Vice President and ESG Analyst at Wellington Management, a global asset manager with over $1 trillion in assets under management.

At Wellington, Jeff worked closely with portfolio teams to integrate ESG research, voting, and engagement into their investment processes.
