Save the Date: February 12, 2026 • The Westin Pittsburgh | Abstracts Due: December 5, 2025

Call for Speakers

Do you have a powerful story about how your organization is actually using AI today? We’re seeking real-world case studies that go beyond the hype—showing how AI is delivering results, solving problems, and shaping the future of business and society.

Selected abstracts will be invited to give a 15-minute presentation during the conference.

We’re especially interested in examples that bring AI to life in areas such as:

  • Improving how we deliver care, make decisions, or keep people safe
  • Transforming operations, manufacturing, or supply chains
  • Unlocking insights in finance, business services, or customer engagement
  • Driving innovation in fields like robotics, energy, or mobility
  • Any other groundbreaking application that will inspire our audience

No sales pitches. No live demos.

Questions: Contact Monica Takacs at mtakacs@pghtech.org.

Eligibility & Rules (2026)

  1. Focus. Presentations must highlight real-world best practices or use cases that solve problems or create new opportunities.

  2. Vendor speaking policy. If you are an AI platform provider or a consulting/services firm in AI/data science, a paid sponsorship is required to secure a speaking role. Please do not complete this submission form. Instead, contact Ashley Steckel at asteckel@pghtech.org to review sponsorship options.

  3. Guaranteed speaking. To guarantee a talk (e.g., a sponsored session), please reach out to Ashley Steckel at asteckel@pghtech.org to discuss available sponsorship packages.

  4. Speaker priority. To keep the program fresh, we prioritize new voices. If you delivered a Tech Talk in 2025, you are welcome to submit, but selection preference will favor new speakers.

  5. Content questions. For topic fit or content guidance, contact Program Director Monica Takacs at mtakacs@pghtech.org.

By submitting, you acknowledge and agree to these rules.

We are looking for applied examples in, but not limited to:

  • Transportation
  • Autonomous Technologies

About the Summit

Celebrating 12 Years of Innovation in Data and Artificial Intelligence

Now in its 12th year, Pittsburgh Technology Council's AI Summit builds on the legacy of Beyond Big Data to highlight how organizations are applying artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics to drive real business results. From predictive insights to generative creativity, AI is transforming industries, reshaping decision-making, and redefining what’s possible for organizations of every size.

Across sectors, leaders are moving beyond experimentation and into applied AI—optimizing operations, enhancing customer experiences, and accelerating innovation. As these technologies evolve, they bring new opportunities as well as important conversations about ethics, data governance, privacy, and responsible use.

The AI Summit is where executives, data professionals, and innovators converge to explore the latest trends, tools, and best practices shaping the intelligent enterprise. Join us to connect with peers, learn from real-world use cases, and discover how Pittsburgh and the world are harnessing AI to power the next decade of progress.
