As the Senior Vice President over FedEx Ground and Operations Core Technologies for FedEx Services, Tracci plays an integral role in leading FedEx's enterprise-wide digital transformation while ensuring the business meets its goals.
Directly responsible for the technology and architecture decisions that drive the future of FedEx Ground and FedEx's Operational Common Core, Tracci leverages her extensive business, operational, and technical expertise to lead 2,000 IT professionals that are building the technology powering FedEx.
As a transformational leader, she has a reputation for building high-performing organizations, enabling improved efficiencies and operational excellence through well-engineered plans and technical solutions. She achieves this by blending the deeply technical skills she acquired as the SVP of IT over FedEx Office and FedEx Freight with an equal measure of operational expertise gained over a 37-year career in the logistics industry.
More than anything, Tracci prides herself on being a coach and mentor, helping employees learn and grow while fostering an inclusive culture and removing roadblocks so colleagues can get the job done.
