Career Ready Workforce Event

Join us in person at the Tech Council offices for Career Ready, Wednesday, March 18th. 

Career Ready empowers individuals exploring or pursuing tech apprenticeships, careers in manufacturing, and wraparound support services. Attendees learn directly from employers and training providers, hear practical success stories, and connect to job, training, and support opportunities. 

Employers: Space is limited! This curated event will feature 8 employers, each given dedicated time to showcase open roles, hiring priorities, and company culture. Participation includes access for up to four recruiters to pitch your organization, network with skilled professionals, engage with experienced candidates, conduct initial screenings, and initiate next-step interview conversations.

Job Seekers: Anyone looking to showcase their skills, network, and explore opportunities with our feature employers, ranging from fast growing startups to our region's largest companies.

Registration & Payment Policy:

Online Registration will close 1 days prior to event. Pre-Registration is always requested, when possible, so that we may best plan for your arrival. Walk-in registrants, when accepted, must pay onsite with a credit card or check to obtain entry to the event, no exceptions. Refunds requested less than 3 business days prior to the event will not be granted. Substitutions are welcome.
