The Tech Council’s Golf Outing is a signature event for executives and professionals working in southwestern Pennsylvania in the IT, engineering, healthcare and support services industries. This scramble-style event provides a great opportunity for on-course networking with peers, prospects, customers and business partners. Breakfast and Dinner will be provided plus snacks to carry you over through your round. In addition, special on-course events, skill games and team prizes will make this day one to remember.

8:30 am: Main Event/Registration Opens sponsored by Extrahop, iboss and Qlik

• Raffle Prizes from our Sponsors – This year everyone will be automatically entered to win, let us know if you do not want to participate.

10:00 am: All Golfers on carts; Welcome by Audrey Russo and UPMC, Treesdale Golf Staff to review rules for day & take golfers to starting holes

10:30 am: Shotgun Start

• Be sure to take your chance at the Putting Contest – Sponsored by SDLC Partners
• Beverage Carts sponsored by Involta, AEC Group & Sumo Logic, during play, we will have roaming beverage carts offering complimentary non-alcoholic drinks and snacks, as well as, two drink tickets for alcoholic beverages.
• Refreshment Stations sponsored by Kforce and Windstream Enterprise will have additional complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and snacks.

• Putting Contest Finale

           4:30 pm: Brief Remarks from the PTC & Sponsors – Skill Hole, Putting Contest & Tournament Winners!

• Winners will also be announced via social media.

5:00 pm: Safe Travels!

Weather: Please check the weather & plan accordingly for the day.
*We will still plan to play in the event of inclement weather, unless course conditions prove to be unsafe for attendees to proceed.  Treesdale staff will dictate this to the PTC staff.  We will contact all attendees via email in the event of a delay or cancellation.*

Parking: Parking is free and is available in the parking lot. Carts will be lined up and the Treesdale staff will assist directing to carts.

*When purchasing a foursome, you will indicate 1 name upon purchase.  The PTC will contact you regarding additional names prior to the event. 

Registration and Payment Policy: 
Pre-registration with payment is required for all attendees to this event. Refunds requested less than 5 business days prior to the event will not be granted. Substitutions for individual players will be accepted.
