The trend of a work everywhere work environment has allowed employers to expand recruiting operations to become more inclusive when it comes to recruiting and hiring talent. It also allows employers to spread a wider net regionally when searching for candidates, opening up the labor market to job seekers in different cities, states, or even countries.  However, there are challenges that come with abiding by regulations and compliance, ranging from local wage and hour laws and leave ordinances to notice posting requirements. What are the needs and ramifications of this new reality, from technology to legal to culture? What will this mean for the future of remote work, even as the coronavirus pandemic abates?

Join in the discussion from our expert panel as they discuss issues their teams face along with tools and solutions.
