Are you a rising 11th or 12th grade student with a passion for STEM? The L.A.U.N.C.H. program offers opportunities to explore your potential and take your place in shaping the future of STEM.

1. Industry Tours
You’ll visit innovative STEM companies and see firsthand how cutting-edge careers come to life. Get a behind-the-scenes look at the possibilities that await you in the STEM world!
2. Inspiring Guest Speakers
Learn from accomplished professionals in STEM who will share their journeys, challenges, and triumphs. Their stories will motivate and guide you as you carve your own path.
3. STEM Panels
Step into a leadership role as you moderate panels of STEM professionals. Ask questions, hear their advice, and gain insights into thriving in a STEM workplace.
4. Real-World Problem Solving
Collaborate with your peers to help a STEM company solve a real-world challenge. Over the course of the program, you’ll work in teams to create innovative solutions and present your ideas to company leaders.
5. One-on-One Mentorship
Be matched with a dedicated mentor who will provide personalized guidance, share career advice, and help you navigate your STEM journey with confidence.
6. Leadership and Soft Skills Development
Beyond STEM, you’ll develop critical skills to excel in any workplace—leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
Industry tours provide our high school participants with the opportunity to visit companies, explore career pathways, and gain firsthand insight into the STEM workforce! Each cohort takes place throughout the summer. Companies that host a tour should expect to welcome approximately 15 students during their visit for a 2-hour period.
As a professional working in a STEM organization, we invite you to mentor the participants of L.A.U.N.C.H. and encourage them to pursue an active role in the future of STEM. Your commitment can be anywhere from 2-16 hours of volunteer time per cohort, spread out over 2-16 weeks, depending on your level of involvement. As a L.A.U.N.C.H. mentor, you'll have the chance to Inspire and empower students to pursue their dreams and aspirations while sharing your expertise, insights, and experiences to help them navigate their career paths.
