Membership Dues — Monthly Payment Agreement

I (we) understand and agree that my (our) credit card will be charged monthly payments in the amount of $0.00 each.

I (we) understand that if I (we) cancel this membership for any reason within the first 12 months of membership, I (we) will be charged a termination fee up to half of the original annual dues amount.

Termination requests must be made in writing and with 30 days of advanced notice. After completing the initial 12 payments, I (we) understand that I (we) can cancel membership without a termination fee with 30 days of advanced written notice. This authorization remains in effect until the Pittsburgh Technology Council receives notification of termination according to the process referenced above.

After 24 months have commenced, I (we) understand and agree that my (our) credit card will continue to be charged monthly payments in the amount applicable unless a termination request is made in writing to the Council, with 30 days advance notice. Rates after 24 months will be based on number of years in business, number of employees, or gross annual revenue, which may increase the monthly payment due to the Council.
