BUILD.org and Adobe today announced the launch of BUILD’s FamBiz Expansion Pack: Basics of Branding with Adobe, a new free digital curriculum designed to help educators bring entrepreneurship, creativity, and real-world branding skills into classrooms serving grades 7–12.
Built for teachers and easy to implement, the new expansion pack integrates coursework from Adobe Digital Academy helping learners build creative, marketing and AI skills to get ahead and stand out. Combined with BUILD’s FamBiz CEO Simulation, students are given the opportunity to not only run a business but also design and market a brand using using Adobe Express, an all-in-one design, photo, and video tool to make content creation easy. This program builds on Adobe Digital Academy’s decade of success, as it evolves into creator-focused, classroom-based experiences.
With FamBiz, students step into the role of CEOs running a simulated cookie company, making decisions that impact their team, customers, and community. Now, through Adobe Express, students also take on the role of creative director, designing flyers, logos, and social media posts that bring their business to life.
FamBiz has long helped educators teach entrepreneurship through hands-on, decision-based learning. The new Basics of Branding with Adobe module expands that experience by introducing branding, marketing, and visual communication as essential business skills.

Most teachers can access Adobe Express immediately using their school credentials. Teachers can visit Adobe Education to sign in with their school email, once set up it will launch them directly into their Express account. The module complements BUILD’s emphasis on social-emotional learning (SEL), problem-solving, collaboration, and real-world skill development, while also building students’ confidence in creative communication and digital tools.
