Hike2 and CTC Announce Key Hires

HIKE2 Appoints Legal Marketing Veteran Lynn Tellefsen Stehle as Principal, Legal Growth Strategy

HIKE2, a business transformation partner for complex and highly regulated organizations, announced today that Lynn Tellefsen Stehle has joined the firm as Principal, Legal Growth Strategy.

Stehle brings more than 25 years of experience spanning law firm marketing, business development and legal technology. Having led growth initiatives from inside law firms and legal technology companies, she brings a unique understanding of how people, process and technology can come together to excel. At HIKE2, Stehle will help clients modernize their marketing, client and business development operations and position these functions to play a greater role in firms’ broader AI strategies.

“For years, law firms have invested in technology with the expectation that growth would follow. Lynn understands that technology is only part of the equation. She spent her career inside firms, so she knows that sustainable growth comes from how people work together, how well they understand their clients and how effectively they turn that understanding into action,” said Michael Crawford, Principal at HIKE2. “She knows what it takes to win work, strengthen client relationships and drive growth. That’s exactly the perspective our clients need as they decide where to invest next.”

Stehle has led client and business development, marketing, communications and legal technology strategy across three prominent law firms. Most recently, she served as head of client collaboration at Nexl. Previously, she built Cahill Gordon & Reindel’s marketing, business development and communications functions. Stehle also drove attorney engagement and growth as the Chief Marketing Officer of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer and led lateral partner integration and key client initiatives at SNR Dentons.

“As an industry, we still underestimate the role growth strategy plays in helping law firms succeed in the AI age. Turning visibility into relationships and relationships into work depends on whether lawyers adopt the programs and tools firms invest in. That’s a people problem before it’s a technology problem, and the firms that seize the opportunity now are going to pull ahead,” Stehle added.
