Chorus Call Asia (CCA), industry leader in the corporate meetings and events market, announced today a definitive agreement to acquire e-Associates Co., Ltd, (eA) a leader in corporate and investor relations communications in Japan.
CCA has acquired 100% of eA outstanding shares. Tadao Kondo, President and CEO of Chorus Call Asia, has been appointed as eA's new president, fulfilling both roles. Terui Shiina, the former president of eA, has been named the Chairman of eA. He will continue to contribute to the organization during its transition period.
"e-Associates has been a valuable long-term partner of Chorus Call for investor relations (IR) and corporate communications in the Japanese market. This acquisition strengthens the offerings of both organizations, and positions Chorus Call as the premier provider of investor communications in this fast growing market," explains Tadao Kondo.
eA provides industry-leading annual IR briefings for remote delivery of online and on-site events. In the early 2000s, eA was the pioneer in launching Dx services in Japan.
Through this acquisition, CCA will strengthen its mission-critical event business by acquiring eA's expertise in the IR industry, its event response and the eA loyal customer base that is built on a long- standing relationship of trust and consistent service delivery.
