Tucker Arensberg, P.C., is pleased to announce the opening of its newest office in Charleston, West Virginia. Located in the United Center at 500 Virginia Street East, this expansion reflects the firm’s commitment to serving a growing number of clients in West Virginia and the surrounding region.

This expansion also coincides with the firm’s recent hiring of West Virginia attorney Lauren Hutchins McCartney. Lauren focuses her practice on toxic tort and complex civil litigation and brings extensive experience defending energy sector and industrial clients throughout the state. Her addition, together with the opening of the Charleston office, underscores Tucker Arensberg’s commitment to serving clients in West Virginia.
In addition to Lauren Hutchins McCartney, Tucker Arensberg has eight other attorneys licensed to practice in West Virginia, including Michael (Mike) Leahey, a seasoned litigator with over 20 years of experience representing industrial clients. Mike handles complex commercial and civil litigation, including workplace safety, premises and products liability, energy sector matters, and insurance coverage disputes. Known for his proactive approach, he helps clients develop risk management processes, conducts safety training, and prepares for potential OSHA, EPA, or DEP issues, further strengthening the firm’s ability to provide comprehensive legal support in the state.
