ARE YOU CURIOUS ABOUT CREATIVITY IN THE WORKPLACE?

Peter Gabriel, a member of the Pittsburgh Tech Council, is a doctoral candidate at Drexel University (Philadelphia, PA) and is conducting research to learn about how attitudes influence creativity.  The research targets corporate employees in the United States and their managers and I kindly ask that you consider participating.  If you have direct reports, you can send the survey below to a few people in the United States  who report to you and have them complete it.  A second survey will be automatically sent to you as their manager by an email address provided by them.  If you do not have direct reports, you can complete the survey in the email below and a second survey will be sent to your manager using an email you provide.

ARE YOU CURIOUS ABOUT CREATIVITY IN THE WORKPLACE?

We have partnered with Drexel University (Philadelphia, PA) to conduct research to learn about how attitudes influence creativity.  

We are looking for employees and their managers to complete separate surveys to speak to their experiences in the workplace.  If you chose to participate and you AND your manager each complete surveys, you will be eligible for a raffle to win one of four $50 Amazon gift cards.

The survey should take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete online.  After you complete your survey, a separate survey will automatically be sent to your manager using an email address you will provide.  Your manager will NOT be able to see the results or responses of you or any individual participant.  The survey should take your manager approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.  Only trained research staff from Drexel University will have access to your information which will be kept on a password-protected, secured, and encrypted server, and destroyed once the data sources have been merged. 

Participation in this research is completely voluntary.  However, without your participation we will not be able to gain or learn new insights.  Aggregated data will be used to publish research findings.  Information will be presented in summary format and you will not be identified in any way in any publications or presentations.  If you complete the survey, you will be agreeing to take part in the research study.
