When considering future challenges and opportunities, Maynd voiced concerns over the current state of medical loss ratios and rate adjustments, which place financial strains on both payers and consumers. 

Nevertheless, he emphasized the potential of new consumer-driven technologies to bring providers and patients closer together, fostering trust, and improving overall healthcare outcomes.
