  • Employ 2 - 5 staff members (not a sole proprietor)
  • Be in it’s first 3 years of operation

Please write your entry in the third person, and where appropriate, indicate any trademarks or other symbols. Please note that the Pittsburgh Technology Council reserves the right to edit entries in accordance with its editorial guidelines, including grammar, style, and space limitations. Upon receipt of the description, your company's listing will be posted on the Council website within five business days.

The information submitted on this application will be used for mailing and e-mailing purposes, as well as for publication in the Council's annual membership directory, online membership database, and other membership-related publications. The Council, as a policy, does not release the electronic mailing lists or the account numbers of its members.

Remittance

If I (we) have selected Option 2, I (we) understand and agree that my (our) credit card will be charged monthly payments in the amount of $50.00 each. I (we) understand that if I (we) cancel this membership for any reason within the first 12 months of membership, I (we) will be charged a $300 termination fee. Termination requests must be made in writing and with 30 days of advanced notice.

After completing the initial 12 payments, I (we) understand that I (we) can cancel membership without a termination fee with 30 days of advanced written notice. This authorization remains in effect until the Pittsburgh Technology Council receives notification of termination according to the process referenced above.

After 24 months have commenced, I (we) understand and agree that my (our) credit card will continue to be charged monthly payments in the amount applicable unless a termination request is made in writing to the Council, with 30 days advance notice. Rates after 24 months will be based on number of years in business, number of employees, or gross annual revenue, which may increase the monthly payment due to the Council.

Membership Dues Policy: To continue delivering value while adapting to market conditions, the PTC has the right to adjust dues prices. In such instances, members will be notified a minimum of 30 days before any price increases take effect.
